Casper, WY – The Wrangler Women's Basketball Team will face Wabash Valley (IL) in the Elite Eight of the 2024 NJCAA National Tournament on Friday afternoon.
- Odessa defeated North Dakota SCS 56-55 in the Sweet Sixteen to advance in the tournament.
- Odessa is the #7 seed in the tournament, Wabash Valley is the #2 seed.
- Odessa is returning to the national tournament for the first time since 2019.
- 1st trip to the national tournament under Coach "Q".
- The Wranglers have faced 5 other team in this year's field. #4 Collin, #8 NMJC, #9 Trinity Valley, #16 Cochise, & #18 Dodge City.
- The winner will advance to the Final Four against #3 Northwest Florida and #11 Three Rivers on Saturday at 7:15pm
- This will be the first year the NJCAA D1 Women's Basketball National Tournament will be played in Casper, WY
