Aaron Biddle enters his 9th season with the Wabash Valley baseball program and 2nd as the Head Baseball Coach. 

In Biddle's first season leading the Warriors they produced the best finish in program histroy, with a 2nd place finish at the NJCAA JUCO World Series.  The Warriors finished the season with a 57-13 record, leading the country in Wins in route to GRAC, Region 24 and Midwest District Championships.  The Warriors had two players named as NJCAA All-Americans and 5 players named to the Region 24 All-Region Team with Biddle earning Region 24 and Midwest District Coach of the Year honors.  The Warriors saw 17 players move on to four year schools, with thirteen of those being to Division I schools.

In Biddle's seven seasons as an assistant, he spent time as both the Pitching Coach and Hitting Coach.  In 2019, Biddle's pitching staff led the country in ERA, while the Biddle led offense led the country in batting average in 2021 and 2022, en route to winning 326 games, five regular season GRAC titles, two Sectional titles, six Region titles, two District titles, a 3rd place finish at the JUCO World Series in 2017, and a 4th place finish at the JUCO World Series in 2022. Also, the 2019 team won 49 consecutive games and spent eight weeks ranked #1.  The 2020 team also spent three weeks ranked #1 before the season was cancelled.  In that time, the Warriors have seen eight players drafted and 124 players move onto four year schools, including 100 to Division I schools.

Biddle came to Wabash Valley after spending the previous eight seasons at Brescia University including the last five seasons as the program's Head Baseball Coach. While at Brescia, Biddle recorded the second most wins in school history by a Head Coach, while leading his club to a school record 35 wins in 2014 and earning KIAC Coach of the Year. Biddle's teams saw 14 players named 1st Team All-Conference, 15 players named 2nd Team All-Conference, six Conference Gold Glovers, Two Conference Freshman of the Year, One Conference Player of the Year, One Conference Pitcher of the Year, One Male Athlete of the Year and One Second Team NAIA All-American.

Biddle has also spent two years as an Assistant Coach at Kentucky Wesleyan College and three years at The University of Texas-Brownsville.

 In Biddle's 20 seasons coaching collegiate baseball, he has coached 53 players who have gone on to sign professional contracts, including two players who have reached the Major Leagues.

As a student-athlete, Coach Biddle played two seasons for Kentucky Wesleyan College and earned a B.A. in Sports and Fitness Management. He spent the first two seasons of his collegiate career at St. Catharine College (NJCAA-II), where he was an integral member of the Patriots 2000 squad that finished the season ranked 6th in the nation.

Biddle is currently an associate scout for the Cleveland Guardians organization.

Biddle is a native of Burlington, KY and currently resides in Mt. Carmel with his wife Brittany and their two dogs, a miniature dachshund named Mixie Joe and a bluetick hound named Skittles.
