Played her high school career at Huntington High School. Congleton one of the top players from the state of West Virigina. She was a 4 time all state honoree. During her Freshman and Sophomore year she was named 2nd Team All State. While being named 1st Team All State during her Junior and Senior year. She averaged 17ppg during her senior year of high school. Congleton also surpassed 1000's career points in high school.
