2016-2017 Season
Was named All Conference & All Region. Averaged 12.3ppg, 7rpg, and shot 57% from the field ranking in the top 20 in the country. Appeared in 30 games while starting 29. Helped lead the Lady Warriors to the best season in school history at 31-2 winning the Conference, Region and District Championship. Was selected to attend the NJCAA Top 40 All Star game.

Medical Redshirt. Tore her ACL during the first game of the year.
High School
Four year member of Henderson County High School basketball... three year starter. Senior year she averaged 15.9 points and 7 rebounds while also averaging average 18 points during her Junior Year. Outlaw was the 2014 Holiday Shootout tournament MVP, 2015 Girls L.I.T All Tournament Team, 2015 All District, 2015 All Region, 1st team all district, 1st Team All Region, 2014/2015 District 1 Player of the Year and a Mrs. Kentucky Basketball candidate. Outlaw was chosen for the first all-star team that played against the Indiana All Stars. Outlaw scored over 1,000 points in her high school career. Led the team in most blocks and field goal percentage senior year. Apart from basketball Outlaw ran track breaking the 26 year old school record for the 200 meter dash and qualifying for state where she placed 3rd overall in the 200 meter dash.
