MT. CARMEL, ILL. -- After opening the regular season on the road, the Wabash Valley Lady Warriors volleyball team finally comes home to Spencer Sports Center for the first time in the 2022-23 campaign.

The Lady Warriors host Vincennes on wednesday, Aug. 31 at 6 p.m.

WVC comes into the match with an 0-2 record. The Lady Warriors lost to Itawamba, Miss. (5-0), 3-2, on Aug. 21 at Southeastern Illinois College, before losing to the host Falcons (1-3) by an identical 3-2 margin in the finale.

The game against Vincennes (5-0) will be the first of nine regular-season home matches this season. 

The first Great Rivers Athletic Conference match will be one week later, Wednesday, Sept. 7 at Lake Land.
