The Wabash Valley College Lady Warriors are off to hot start in the 2024-25 season, as they are 5-0 and outscoring opponents 475-267. The Lady Warriors are averaging 95 points a game, which puts them third in the country in that category. They are being led in scoring by Madison Lewis, who is averaging 15.4 points a game
Nakiya Harris is in the top 20 in the country for rebounds per game. She is averaging 10.8 boards a game. Along with that, she leads all of division one with 41 defensive rebounds, and is seventh in nation with 54 total rebounds in five games. With Harris controling the boards for Wabash, Beautiful Waheed has locked down defensively and is eighth in the country, with 18 steals in five games.
Deziree Bryant is carrying a field goal percentage of 70.6, which lands her at 15th in the country.
The Lady Warriors next home game is November 26th. They will host Danville Area Community College, with a 5pm tipoff.
