MOUNT CARMEL, Ill. – The Lady Warriors Volleyball team is excited to welcome Molly Bell and Alani Duncan to the incoming 2024 recruiting class. Bell is a defensive specialists at Reitz High School while Duncan is a middle blocker from Perry Meridian High School. The two signings bring the recruiting class up to seven freshmen committed for the 2024 season.

Rachel Refenes begins her first season as Wabash Valley volleyball coach on Aug. 19-20 at the Southeastern Illinois Tournament. A total of 23 games plus three tournaments are on the schedule, including nine home games at Spencer Sports Center.
Mark Colvin, the winningest coach in program history, resigned as head coach during the spring. But, he has joined the staff of new head coach Rachel Refenes as an assistant.
Rachel Refenes is the new volleyball coach at Wabash Valley. She has extensive coaching experience at the NJCAA Division I level, and played professional volleyball after an award-winning collegiate career.
