Wabash Valley College guard Daijah Smith has been named a NJCAA Third-Team All-American! Smith's first year at Wabash Valley College College proved to be a productive year. The transfer averaged 17.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game, while shooting 46.9% from the field. She helped lead the Lady Warriors to a 28-2 record and to the 6th consecutive year of being region and district champions. Daijah was also named to All Region 24 Team and also All Conference.
Smith will be added to the impressive list of All Americans to come through the Lady Warriors program. This will be the 6th year in a row that the Lady Warriors has had at least one member selected to be an NJCAA All-American.
